A programming language built for healthcare — Python/R-simple syntax, LLVM-compiled for near-C++ speed, with FHIR, HL7, DICOM, and genomic formats as native types. Compliance is built in too, with PHI tracking and HIPAA/GDPR automation. Previously called Medi.
The database Tolvex needed and didn't have — one engine spanning relational, document, time-series, and graph storage. C++ core with GPU acceleration, a Rust services layer, and a C-based Lite client for edge devices.
Tolvex, KadeDB, and SOKR above are the three I'm most invested in. Everything else is more exploratory — 110 repositories and 54 published crates in total, grouped here by theme.
FHIR R4 and HL7 v2/MLLP parsers (including Mindray patient-monitor mappings), SATUSEHAT types, a MIMIC-IV ETL pipeline, and a symbolic engine for clinical decision lattices (clinlat).
An evolutionary self-improving AI agent — my most-starred repo, still a research project. Alongside it: agi4 (attestation/verdict framework), cargo-skill (a Cargo subcommand for AI agent skills), and teri (swarm intelligence). I'm also a core member of FSO (Fluminis Scientiae Oraculum), building governed memory infrastructure for AI agents at flusci.org.
First native Rust implementation of the Balinese Saka Calendar — Pawukon, Wewaran, Sasih, and Rahinan from any Gregorian date. Alongside lontar, a document-generation library named after the palm-leaf manuscripts it's meant to help preserve.
A web content extraction library inspired by Python's trafilatura. Grew into eleven small crates — HTML cleaning, XPath, readability fallback, deduplication — that each do one thing.
Reciprocal Acceleration Framework — a systematic account of how quantum computing and machine learning pull each other forward. Neighboring experiments: composable-future, ferriprove (a Lean 4 theorem prover), torchforge (ML benchmarking), and mantis-ta (technical analysis, mostly for fun).
Native Rust IDE built for thought-level control. Local-first, any AI backend, no cloud dependency. Apache 2.0.
Most problems worth solving sit at the edge of disciplines — where the clinician hasn't met the engineer, where ancient knowledge hasn't met modern tooling, where a small island hasn't yet been taken seriously as a place that builds things.
Whatever your expertise — use it on something that matters. The gaps are real, the tools are here, and the world doesn't need more observers.
